Management of subscriptions to the Luxury Highlights newsletter

The data being handled by Kering SA is used to manage the distribution of the Luxury Highlights newsletter, a process that enables Kering to:

  • manage subscriptions
  • collect statistics linked to this service.

Consent, based on Article 6 (1) of the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR):

Data source

The data is generated during the registration process by the person wishing to receive the newsletter, and is based on the individual providing an e-mail address in the registration field at the bottom of the Luxury Highlights home page (www.luxury-highlights.com), or www.kering.com (for the former “K magazine” blog and any registrations for news alerts up until 01/10/2017).

Persons covered by these provisions

The data is only collected from individuals who wish to register with www.luxury-highlights.com in order to receive the Luxury Highlights newsletter – and those who registered for the former “K magazine” blog or for news alerts www.kering.com up until 01/10/2017.

Destination categories

The data collected is used by:

  • the communications department of Kering;
  • the IT department (which manages the database) of Kering.

Duration of stored data

Kering keeps your e-mail address for three years from your subscription date, unless you unsubscribe before then (using the unsubscribe link embedded in each newsletter).

Your rights regarding the data held about you
