ケリングがスタンフォード大学およびNASAの協力の下、「野生生物と社会」学会（旧：野生生物保護学会）とリオ・ティント社を中心に進める南ゴビ・カシミヤ・プロジェクトでは、モンゴルの大草原で生産される高品質カシミヤの製造を根本から見直しています。本プロジェクトは、短期での成果を見込めるケリングの新しい取り組みです。

クリーン・バイ・デザインで、ファッション産業における環境保護を促進
繊維産業が環境に与える影響を軽減することを目的として発足したクリーン・バイ・デザインプログラムでは、現場におけるエネルギー資源の消費効率と水の使用を減らす効果的な方法を提案しています。短期で費用対効果が得られたことを受け、ケリングは同プログラムを全てのサプライヤーで導入することにしました。
